The physicians at Baylor Scott & White Advanced Heart Failure Clinic are experts in providing comprehensive care for patients with advanced heart failure from evaluation to diagnosis and treatment. Their specialized care includes extensive education on medication, diet and lifestyle changes; exercise and cardiac rehabilitation; inotropic medications; access to advanced clinical research trials; evaluation for innovative surgical treatment options such as a ventricular assist device (VAD); and, evaluation for a heart transplant.  

Our team is located on the campus of Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, providing access to the largest heart transplant program in Texas and the second largest in the nation in terms of volumes. In addition, we have outreach clinics across the state, allowing for easy and convenient patient access.
